The exchange bonus is extra money on top of the price the dealer pays for your old car. So check the value of your old car on its own as well.
Skoda has not shared a variant wise list of discounts. Some dealer listings show lower totals, like Rs 70,000, on some variants. So ask the dealer which variant and which stock gets the full deal.

Skoda raised Kylaq prices by up to Rs 10,000 in October. Only the base Classic manual did not get costlier. These are the new ex-showroom prices.

Which Variants Give the Best Value?
The offer is a fixed amount, not a percentage. So the cheaper the variant, the bigger the saving feels.
On the Classic manual, Rs 90,000 is close to 12 percent of the ex-showroom price. On the top Prestige+ automatic, it is about 7 percent.
For most families, the Signature and Signature+ are the sweet spot. They sit in the middle of the range and get the same headline offer as the top models. If you want an automatic on a budget, the Classic+ AT at Rs 9.29 lakh is the cheapest way in.
Should You Buy Now or Wait?
Buy now if you have an old car to exchange or a corporate tie up. That is where the big money is. The offer also ends on 31 October, before Diwali on 8 November.
You can wait if you only get the dealer discount. November deals may be similar, and prices went up only a little this month. But stock of your colour and variant may run out near Diwali.
