What the New Photos Show
The spy photos first came out on Reddit and were then shared by many Indian auto websites on 26 and 27 October 2026. They show a long and low bike. It looks very different from the X440 roadster.

- A teardrop shaped fuel tank with big Harley-Davidson letters
- A scooped single piece seat for the rider and pillion
- A raised handlebar that bends back toward the rider
- Footpegs placed a little forward for a relaxed riding position
- Black engine parts with shiny engine fins and a new exhaust
- A round display placed in the middle of the handlebar
The bike in the photos also has upside-down front forks, twin rear shock absorbers, alloy wheels and disc brakes at both ends. An ABS sensor ring is visible at the front.
What Harley-Davidson Has Officially Said
Harley-Davidson first named the Sprint 440 in May 2026 as part of its new business plan. In October 2026 it shared teaser images on its social media pages. Its Asia Pacific website now has a Sprint 440 sign-up page. The page calls it a bike that is "lightweight, agile and built to make everyday riding more fun."
The company has not yet shared the engine figures, the price or the launch date for India.
Sprint 440 Engine and Power (Expected)
The Sprint 440 is expected to use the same 440cc, single cylinder, air and oil cooled engine as the X440. In the X440 this engine makes 27 bhp and 38 Nm, and it comes with a 6-speed gearbox. Harley may change the tuning to suit a cruiser. This engine is known for strong pulling power at low speed, which suits a relaxed cruiser well.

Sprint 440 Launch Date in India (Expected)
