Navratri is the busiest time of the year at Indian car showrooms, and October 2026 is no different. Sharad Navratri runs from 11 to 19 October, with Dussehra on 20 October. Almost every mass-market brand has rolled out festive offers that combine cash discounts, exchange and scrappage bonuses, and loyalty and corporate benefits. How to Get the Best Deal This Navratri

  • Ask for the breakup. Cash discount, exchange, scrappage and corporate benefits are separate, and you may not qualify for all of them.
  • Check the manufacturing year. Big discounts often sit on MY2025 or pre-facelift stock, which will have lower resale value.
  • Compare on-road prices, not ex-showroom prices. Insurance and accessories can eat up the discount.
  • Book early. Popular variants can run out of stock before Dussehra.
